Weekly Update...
Hey band...
Super job at Homecoming on Friday night. The alumni really enjoyed themselves. We're gonna make it even bigger and better next year! HooAH!
This Week's Friday Night Eats: Low Brass ( bones, baritones and sousas) Let us know what you're making ASAP!
Practices this week: (Marching Band)
Monday - 6:40 - 8:15 PM (New Track Field)
* Please have your drill books and dots as we need to desperately "fine-tune" some of the formations and clean up step-offs and marching style! YES - You will also need your instruments!
Wednesday - 3:20 - 5:30 (New Track Field)
* We will be blocking (very simple) the SENIOR SHOW! If you do not yet have the music please get it off the grand piano in the band room!
Looking Ahead... Saturday Band Shows and Festivals
Saturday, October 12th: New Albany Marching Band Festival (Leaving around 4:30 PM)
Friday, October 18th: Senior Show (at football game) and Pre-Game Tribute Performance.
Saturday, October 19th: Utica Marching Band Festival
Heads-Up: Monday, October 7th is the last "Monday Night" marching band practice! Jazz Band will begin on Monday evening, October 21st ( 7:00 - 9:00 PM ) on the stage.
