  Vacation Week Update...😀 Marching Band Mailers:  Have been sent home.  Inside you'll find 1) Fall Season Permission Form, 2) Emergency Medical Form, 3) Dry cleaning / Supply & Equipment Order Form and 4) some payment instructions.  These forms are due no later than the last day of school!   "IF" we do not receive your forms and payments we cannot include you in our band planning, and will assume you're not participating.  Please turn your things in "EARLY"!   It would really be appreciated, as we need to begin making purchases for the season! Springtime Drumline, Pit Percussion and Guard practices are mandatory for any band member planning on participating in marching band in the upcoming season.  "IF" you have a schedule conflict we need to be contacted by you or your folks well prior to the practice.  We don't tolerate no-shows!  Thanks!!!   Upcoming Spring Percussion and Marching Band Practices... This week:  Drumline WILL hold practice on Wednesday, March 10th from 6:00 - 7:30 PM BUT the pit percussion (front ensemble) WILL NOT meet due to the recordings on stage of students participating in the OMEA Solo and Ensemble Adjudication. All other Spring Training Practices... Drumline and Pit Percussion:  WILL meet as usual every Wednesday evening from 6:00 - 7:30 PM.  "IF" a student is unable to make a practice they MUST have one of their parents either send an e-mail or a phone message prior to the practice.   We cannot have students simply showing up when they they want to.  Thanks! Spring Marching Band Music Rehearsals:   These will be "MUSIC ONLY" practices in the band room, and will be from 7:15 - 8:15 PM on the following Wednesdays:  April 14th and 28th AND May 12t h .  Band members will work slowly in their respective sectionals and there will be a 30 minute full ensemble as well.   These

  Hey Parents of 6th and 7th Grade Band Students! 😀 When you fill-out your Course Request Forms be sure to make band and/or choir your  "FIRST   choices" .  Everything is scheduled around Band and Choir and if you don't do this you "may" NOT get into band. Keep in mind that you will be able to take ALL the electives this school has to offer AND continue in band!  Promise!!! 😀

 Just a reminder...😎 That tonight is both DRUM LINE and PIT PERCUSSION practice from 6:00 - 7:30 PM!!! We all had a meeting last week and changed practices from Thursdays to Wednesdays! Be there...  Getting new music tonight.
