Test Blog Post

 This is a test post.

HEY! We need some help!

Attention all really cool band parents... We need some help over band camp.  If you're able to assist please see either Chuck Dettmar or Anne Teschler sometime today or tomorrow!  We need: 1.  Parents to volunteer in the uniform room getting things prepared for fittings and doing the fittings.   2.  Parents to assist out on the practice field this Saturday morning .  We need to measure and line the field and set-up the tower scaffold in preparation for drill this coming Monday morning. 3.  Parents to sign-up as "PIT CREW" for this season.  The pit crew is responsible for assisting to load and unload the band trailer as well as getting the pit percussion on the field for performances. 4.  Parents to sign-up for certain dates as "TRAILER PULLERS" and transportation people.  We need the marching band equipment brought all over the place this fall and need helpers.  Please contact Anne Teschler if interested! 5.  We are desperately looking for a keyboard player

Hello all super marching band members and their families... As we approach the time for band camp  I have just a last minute reminder for everyone:  Attendance at band camp is a mandatory activity , and full participation is needed.  Only emergent situations should be reasons for not attending your sessions.  I'm just reminding everyone of this because I'd prefer not to have any confusion.  Thanks! 😎 "IF" you have a situation where you'll need to miss a session or a portion thereof "YOUR PARENTS" should be the ones to either e-mail Mr. D. or call the band office (740-625-6055, ext. 2185).  I truly appreciate your anticipated cooperation, and really look forward to a great band camp! 👍
