Field Commander Audition Results:
We want to thank everyone who came out to audition for field commander this year. Your dedication to the group does not go unnoticed! This year's Field commanders are: John Daniels and Emily James. Congrats to all for a great job well done!!
Columbus Day Trip Registration Extension:
Open 'till the end of the month. Deposits won't be due for some time after that! Currently about 2/3 of the band is registered!!
Memorial Day Parade: Monday, May 27th (Khakis and band polos)
Music: You're a Grand Ol' Flag / America the Beautiful & Star Spangled Banner
Parade Practice: 9th period tomorrow (Thursday)

Load band trailer: 9:30 AM.
Meet at post office at 10:15 AM
Step-off at 10:30 AM
Parade ends at the ceremony at the cemetery!

USA Days Parade Practice: Friday, June 21st ( 5-8 PM)
USA Days Parade: Saturday, June 22nd
(ALL REMAINING MARCHING BAND PAYMENTS ARE DUE BY JUNE 22ND!)
By the Way... To all our beloved band members:
Thank you for all that you do! While everybody else in the school is "sleeping in" you're marching in a parade! While everybody else in the school is counting down the days 'till summer break you're coming in in the evenings and during 9th period to learn your music for "next season" and I salute you all! Your dedication and commitment to what we do does not go unnoticed, and hopefully will make you a better person because of it! Go Trojan Pride!
Finally, "IF" there is anyone who will NOT be joining us in marching band for next season please let us know immediately!!! The show is being sent to the show designer with EXACT NUMBERS in personnel. PLEASE don't surprise us halfway through the summer or just before band camp. A total show re-write will be necessary and we won't be pleased about it!
