Easter Update

Happy Easter and Passover!

We hope this communication finds you all well in this very strange of times! 😊

PLEASE READ ENTIRE MESSAGE BELOW!   VERY IMPORTANT!

This particular message is for HIGH SCHOOL MARCHING BAND MEMBERS and has to do with the upcoming fall season...  The "usual" yearly marching band mailer containing all band registration papers, health forms and supply ordering is being placed on hold until we hear more from the school administration. 

At this point, we ( the band directors, athletic directors, teachers and administrators ) really have no idea about a timeline OR about what the future holds for the remainder of the Spring, Summer and possibly Fall seasons.

At this point you ( All 8th graders through 11th graders who will be in marching band this fall )  will soon receive a mailer containing A) HEALTH FORM,  B) PERMISSION SLIP/REGISTRATION FORM and C) COVER LETTER explaining what is currently transpiring, including some financial modifications we'll most likely be putting into effect for this season only.

Please be patient, and realize that everything is "up in the air" at this point concerning pretty much everything!

FINALLY...  Because we can't communicate with you face to face in school, organization on your end is going to be of paramount importancePLEASE complete and return ALL forms to the school as soon as you receive them.  We'll need them in our hands BY MAY 1st Many changes will need to be put in to effect this season, and we will absolutely need to know who we have in the band and who is playing what so we can plan ahead!
