Weekly Update... 1/27 - 1/31
Announcements...
#1. Jazz Band will meet Monday night from 6:30 - 8:30 PM. Sectionals will run from 6:30 'till 7:15 before we put the band together for another 45 minutes. Some other teachers and professors will be here to run sectionals so please get here a little ahead of time!
#2. Indoor Percussion: Will meet from 6:00 - 7:30 on Monday night in the band room. We have ordered our indoor show package and are hoping it arrives in time for practice! It's in 4 different parts and is on about the same level as last seasons marching band show! Get pumped!
#3. Color Guard will meet in the Choir room on Monday night at 6:00 PM. This will be for all current AND new members! Anyone can come. After the brief meeting we'll get to work learning (and teaching) silk technique.
#4. Marching Band Camp (Dates) - 2020!
Mini-Camp : (see actual schedule - posted soon!) = Sunday, July 26th - Friday, July 31st
Band Camp : (see actual schedule) = Monday, August 3rd - Saturday morning, August 8th
#5. 7th and 8th Grade trip to Wilmington HS & King's Island: The trip is slated for Saturday, May 16th. A logistics flyer has been sent home with all students. Please ask them for it!
