LOOK! Marching Band Camp Dates and Times for 2018!
THESE ARE THE CORRECT DATES!
This year's Trojan Pride Band Camp is slated for Monday, July 30th - Friday, August 3rd AND Monday, August 6th - Thursday, August 9th, 2018. The Cedar Point Parade and "Band Fun Day" will be on Friday, August 10th! PLEASE MARK YOUR CALENDARS AND MAKE YOUR PLANS NOW!
7th & 8th Grade Band and Choir Trip:
At this point we have all our student and chaperone sign-ups for the spring music competition trip to Kings Island. Any student who owes anything toward the trip will need to turn it in the first day back from spring break ( We've sent home a note with the amount on it). Please keep in mind that the t-shirt sizes were based on adult-sized shirts and that we'll be going through the list to make sure the students actually put in for the right size. If you are a chaperone we'll be in touch with you as to when our chaperone meeting will take place (probably a week or so before the trip). The chaperone cost is $20 per.
Looking Ahead...
Memorial Day Parade: The annual Centerburg Memorial Day Parade and Ceremony will take place on Monday, May 28th. Report time: TBA. We will wear band polos and khakis for this event. SENIORS... This is a week "after" graduation and, while most seniors do ordinarily attend, we'd like for you to let us know what your plans are NOW! Thanks.
Graduation: This year's graduation is slated for Sunday, May 20th. As a reminder, all high school band students are required to attend. More information to come!
Centerburg U.S.A Days Parade: Saturday, June 30th There will be a parade practice for the entire band on Friday, June 29th from 5:00-7:00 PM!
