Competition Week Marching Schedule

Week of October 17th:

OMEA Competition Week!

Monday, Oct. 17th:           Full marching band  3:00 - 5:00 PM

Tuesday, Oct. 18th           Sign-ups for both pep band and jazz band on white board.
                                        
Wednesday, Oct. 19th      Full marching band  3:00 - 5:00 PM

Thursday, Oct. 20th          Marching Band Music Playing Tests during per. 9 (for a grade) and extra help offered on "Fantasmic" music after school.  Take advantage of it!!!

Friday, Oct. 21st               Marching Band Practice  3:00 - 4:30
                                            (There is no school, but we will have band practice)

                                            Load Trailer  4:30 PM
                                            Dinner  4:45  PM
                                            Suit-up / polish shoes and instruments  5:15 PM
                                            Meet section leader for uniform check  5:30 PM (GRADE)
                                            Meet in front of elementary  6:10 PM  
         

                                      
Saturday, Oct. 22nd         OMEA Competition Day at Tri-Valley High School.  The Trojan Pride Marching Band is scheduled to take the field at 4:45 PM        

                                           
Band members report, get uniforms and polish shoes and instruments:  1:00 PM
Load trailer:  1:15 PM
Load buses:  1:45 PM
Leave for Tri Valley HS:  2:00 PM
Perform:  4:45 PM
Awards:  10:05 PM

Please eat lunch before you arrive at school.  There will be concession stands available at the competition throughout the event!
