ATTENTION ALL MARCHING BAND MEMBERS

Please remember to turn-in your completed marching band packets before band camp.   You may place them in either Mr. D's or Mrs. Culbertson's mailbox in the CHS Main Office!   BAND MEMBERS MAY NOT GO ON THE FIELD WITHOUT A COMPLETED AND SIGNED MEDICAL FORM!!!  Other items of importance in the packet are #1 Student expenses form,  #2  Photo form and #3  Music Boosters Volunteer  Form.  Band student expense payments are due by the first day of school.  If you have an issue concerning payments PLEASE contact us.  We can and will work with you so your child may participate.  NO CHILD IS TURNED AWAY DUE TO THE INABILITY TO PAY!
