To all of this season's Trojan Pride Band Members, Staff and Parent Helpers and Assistants!  I think we have something very special going on here in Centerburg.  As a director, I am continuously overwhelmed by the amount of parent and faculty support I receive during the marching band season!  All I can say is Thank You!  Kudos to all!!

This week in Music...

Wednesday:  First High School Jazz Band Rehearsal 7:00 - 8 :30 PM

Thursday:  Preliminary after school rehearsal for indoor percussion 3:15 - 4:45 PM

Saturday & Sunday:  Please come and help make buckeyes in the school cafeteria...goes all day!

Saturday Evening: Food for the Hungry Benefit Jazz Concert at Mt. Vernon High school featuring the KCJO (Knox Community Jazz Orchestra)  Mr. D's Band!  Concert begins at 7 PM in the Mt. Vernon High School Theater and admission is FREE!!  so come see Mr. D!!

Attention:  All OMEA Middle and High School OMEA District X Honor Band Students...Please remember that the Honor Band rehearsal is scheduled for 6:30 PM on Tuesday, December 2nd!  We had sent you an honor band schedule and info sheet.  If you did not receive one please let me know.  In the meantime please practice your honor band music!

Attention #2:  Any High School Instrumental Music Student who will be performing a solo in this year's OMEA Solo & Ensemble Adjudication on Saturday, January 24th MUST let Mr. D. know no later than the first day back from Thanksgiving break (Tuesday, December 2nd). A Google Form Registration has been sent to you on the high school band Google Classroom Page! You must also let Mr. D. know if you have any time constraints on that day such as athletic events, etc... so we can schedule you to perform at Granville "around your other activities"!!!
