Tentative Band Camp Schedule 2025

 Tentative Band Camp Schedule:

Hello all band members and families...

While we have all the band camp dates set as per on the music website, we are still ironing out a few schedules and will let you know the final one as soon as possible.  We have a number of instructors...all of which work full time jobs and/or attend college classes during the summer.  We need to schedule the kids for when the instructors can also be present...to teach.  We should have this in place by the weekend and will post it, update it and shoot it out there to everyone as soon as we can!  Please see what we currently do have in place (below)...

Band Camp Week #1  (July 21st - 25th)

Monday:  9AM - 12 Noon - Student Leadership Training, 1PM - 4PM - New Member Orientation (includes ALL incoming 8th and 9th graders).

Tuesday: 9AM - 12 Noon - Visual Design Team Meeting, 1PM - 4PM - ALL brass and woodwinds players

Wednesday:  9AM - 12 Noon - Band Managers and Drum Majors work on flip books, 1PM-4PM - ALL brass and woodwinds players.

Thursday:  9AM - 12 Noon - Various section meetings & flip book completion, 1PM - 4PM - ALL brass and woodwinds players.

Friday:  9AM - 4PM - Full Ensemble Rehearsals and Camp Meetings (Everyone:  brass, woodwinds, battery, front ensemble, guard + most instructors.

Band Camp Week #2 (Sun afternoon, July 27th - Aug. 1st)

As usual:  8AM - 4:30 PM (All Day) Rehearsal blocks (schedule) available soon!!

* Updated schedule including percussion battery, front ensemble and guard TBA - ASAP!!😀
