Annual Marching Band Parent Meeting
Annual Marching Band Parent Meeting The Annual Marching Band Parent Meeting will take place in the CHS Band Room at 6:15 PM on Wednesday, May 14th . This will be just prior to the last marching band brass and woodwinds rehearsal which begins at 7 PM. We are asking that at least 1 parent attend the meeting, and we will need to have a sign-in sheet, as we want to be sure that everyone receives the information. "IF", by chance, we don't see you at the meeting then you will be contacted so we can find time to go over everything in either a phone conversation or a live parent/teacher meeting in the band office. Why? While nothing about marching band is "difficult", it can be a lot to take in, especially for parents of first-timers ("Newbies") and can be confusing. We want to, therefore, give you all the logistical information as well as an overview of how things work and what is expected of your young band member. Looking forward to a super season!...
