Centerburg Music Department

  ATTENTION: The 2025 Trojan Pride Marching Band "online" registration is "live" and was emailed to all parents and guardians via the band Google Classroom .  "IF" you did not receive the email it is probably simply because the email you have as your primary email on the Final Forms is different from the one on Google Classroom.  You can also find the Registration on the Centerburg Music Website as early as this coming Tuesday, February 4th.  Simply go to the website, click on "departments" and choose Instrumental Music , then scroll-down to "Marching Band" .  If you have any questions or concerns please don't hesitate to contact Chuck Dettmar or Anne Teschler.  Thanks!

  REMINDER: To all those participating in this coming Saturday's (Feb. 1st) Solo and Ensemble Adjudication that solo coaching and practice with the piano accompanist is tomorrow (Monday) at 3 PM in the choir room .  Everyone gets 20 minutes to work!  Please make arrangements to be there...and to be picked up from school when you're finished!

  2025 Marching Band Registration So... Are we ready for Spring yet??? Greeting to all returningand incoming Trojan Pride Band Members .  We have sent this year's 2025 Marching Band Registration [ Google Form ] out to all parents of band members in current grades 7 through 11 via Google Classroom .  We did not send them directly to students this year.  All registration submissions are due by March 4th!   " IF" you did not receive one it may be because the email you gave the school has been changed or discontinued ?!  In any case, we will also post the Registration directly onto the Centerburg Music Website under " Marching Band ".  You may  go there to complete and submit the form.  We should have it posted by the weekend!

Band Camp Dates 2025:   🎺  Look for the Marching Band Registration this week! July 21st - July 25th :   (Sectionals, basics and orientations TBA). Various activities throughout the day from 9 AM - 4 PM. July 27th - Aug. 1st :   Drill, basics, sectionals, full ensemble  Aug. 11th - 16th (first week of school). 6-8 PM.  PLEASE SEE BELOW... * Yes, we take in to consideration those band members who are involved in fair activities.  Don't worry. * Yes, we take in to consideration those band members who are also involved in "school-related" athletics * Yes, we take in to consideration those band members who are also in cheering. * No, we do not take in to consideration those band members on vacation or other social engagements.   Football Games '25 8/22 - Utica (H) 8/29 - Johnstown. This week's announcements and schedule : *  Universal Trip Participants should be sure to check their Bob Rogers Accounts and get their trip payments updated.  We've only go 2 months to go! *  All Ohio Wesleyan Honor Band Participants should have already registered as a participant, paid their fees and printed out their music so they can practice their parts prior to February 14th's rehearsal at the University!! *  HS Jazz Band will meet on Monday, Jan. 6th at 7 PM.  (In case of a snow day there will NOT be rehearsal)! *  Middle School Jazz Band:   "NEW" Because we have such a wonderful bank of talent, we're looking to start up the MS Jazz Band again.  Rehearsals will be Monday nights from 6-7 PM .  Any students who wishes to be a part of the MS Jazz Band will need to be sure their schedules are clear during this time slot!  More info will be emailed to parents via...
