Marching Band Awards Banquet & Schedule

Announcements...

#1  The Marching Band Awards Banquet is this Sunday, Nov. 20th.  Dinner will be served at 3:00 PM for those who have signed-up, and the awards portion will begin around 4:00 PM.  Those band members and families who are not opting to have dinner may join us at that time!  See ya there!  Families/parents who may not have received an invitation in a timely manner or may have misplaced it will be able to pay at the door!  Adults: $5 and Students and senior citizens: $3  ALL Band Members eat for FREE!

*  Family banquet tickets will be given to students in an envelope with their name on it during the band classes on Monday.  Please ask your child for yours!

NOTE:  The dinner will take place in the cafeteria, but overflow seating will also be available in both the library and choir rooms!

 Parent help is needed for the Marching Band Banquet.  We need people for the following:

a)  Set-up  (2 PM)             b)  Drink and salad station monitoring  (3 PM)      

c) kitchen and serving line  (2:45 PM)           d) clean-up, wipe-down and break-down (4:00 PM).  

e) Ticket-taking

2) The first St. Patrick's Weekend trip installment payment (or payment in full) is Due this coming Tuesday, November 15th.  Please give your payment to either Mrs. Culbertson or Mr. Dettmar and try to include the payment form along with it.

3) Monday:  Jazz Band - 7:00 - 8:30 PM (attendance is mandatory)  Concert Season is approaching.
