Marching Band week of Sept. 26th - 30th

 Great job at Homecoming!  Both the pre-game and the halftime were outstanding.  Keep up the good work!!

This Week...

Monday:  Marching Band Practice 6:00 - 7:30 PM (New music rehearsal for the upcoming senior show... inside practice only!)

Wednesday:  Last Wednesday afternoon marching band practice!  3:15 - 5:15 PM. ( We will work on the Elton John Show AND will begin blocking the Senior Show!!  Practices WILL continue to take place on Monday evenings from 6:00-8:00 PM for the remainder of "regular"the season.  

Friday:  Marching Band Practice 3:15 - 4:15 PM. (Dinner provided by the color guard members this week,,,  "It's Soup & Salad Night"!!!  Tonight's game is away at Mt. Gilead.

Please be sure:  

a). You get measured and turn-in your uniform pants at the Monday evening practice so that they can be adjusted for you during the week!!  

b).  To shine both your shoes and your instrument, and that all your tuning slides work.  You may actually need to take them to a shop during the week as our Pellegrino people are backed-up.

c). Moms and Dads please watch for the marching band mailer early in the week.  Some items need to be signed and returned in a timely fashion.

NOTE:  "IF" we are involved in any play-off games beyond our regular season (ends Oct. 21st) it's obvious that the band WILL attend any and all games, and that all band members will be expected to attend.  Beyond the regular season, however, the band will only practice from 3:15 - 4:15 PM on Friday afternoons prior to leaving for a game AND if the game is a long distance away may not practice at all prior to the game!
