Final Logistics for Band Camp Week #2
Great Mini Camp Everybody!
Here's what's happening at next week's camp...
Band Uniforms: We are currently putting together some parent volunteers who will be coming in to assist in distributing band uniforms. This will happen during the day.
PLEASE... Once we have the uniforms sent out for cleaning, you adjust your uniform so the pant legs are absolutely even and everything fits the way it should. Uniforms are not one-size-fits all and need to be hemmed, taken-in in spots and taken out in spots so the band members looks how they should. This is probably our last season in these uniforms so feel free to make whatever alterations you need to. Please keep in mind though, that band members who's uniforms do not fit correctly at uniform check will no doubt receive low scores (which are part of their band grade). "IF" you need assistance with alterations please let us know.
Marching Band Pictures: Will take place on Thursday, Aug. 4th between the hours of 1 and 3:30 PM. We will all meet at 1 PM in the gym for our group shot and then band members will take turns posing (with their instruments) for their individual shots. Picture Package enveloped will go home on Monday and should be turned-in at the time of the picture-taking.
