End-of-the-week Update...

Thank You!

To all the band members and parents who came out for last evening's marching band meeting.  Below are a few notes so you're kept up to date...

1.  Some concerns about the proposed marching band trip in October were voiced by some parents and have been noted.  Thank you for your input!

2.  The trip registration through Bob Rogers Travel will remain open until May 15th  (NO PAYMENT NEEDED TO REGISTER!).  At that time we will review the number of students registered and make a final decision as weather or not to forge ahead or cancel the activity.

3.  If you did not turn in your band papers and/or payments last evening, please do so ASAP.  We really need everything by the June 22nd USA Days Parade in order to get everything organized for the season.

4.  We'd like to SINCERELY like to thank everyone for returning the marching band papers at the meeting.  It really makes things easier for us!!!

Mattress Fundraiser - This Saturday (April 27th) in the gymnasium from 10:00 AM 'till 5:00 PM

1)  Band and choir members should sign-up for a time to come help out during the sale...  or just show up! (Hours are 10 AM 'till 5 PM).

2)  This mattress sale could be our "saving grace" as far as getting the boosters back on track financially from their loses from the fall season!
